These conditions are available in Italian and in English.
These conditions will be applied to all users of our website, regardless of how you access the website and will include all technologies, devices and products that YOURMIX makes available on website.
You should carefully read these conditions before using the website, to shop a product or sign up on it. When you enter in the website, surfing or using, regardless if you register or log in, you accept to be dependent on these conditions.
If you do not agree to these conditions, do not use the website and do not place an order.

4. Offered services
Yourmix offers personalized clothing for woman. Please note that the colours of our products on the website depend on the monitor and on the screen resolution. For this reason we can't ensure that the colours displayed by the monitor are similar to the colours of the products at the time of the delivery:
- The variations in packaging processes, the settings of your monitor and of the video card can change the look of fabrics and products, so the delivered products might be slightly different to those showed and described on the website.
- All products/fabrics of Yourmix are dependent on availability therefore it is not always possible to realize all the orders. If a requested product is not available, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and, if he accepts, an alternative product of similar quality, with the same or better value, will be offered; otherwise the order will be canceled.
- You should consider that orders are packaged only if they are placed in a correct way and when we receive the authorisation to the payment by the user's bank.
5. Prices
Taxes and customs duties are not included in the prices indicated on the website.
When the user places an order, he commits to paying taxes or customs clearance costs.
6. Shipping
The average time of delivery is 25 days from the date of payment.
The date of delivery indicated is an estimated date not a guaranteed date.
In fact, because of external factors, the date of delivery could be different from the date specified at the beginning. Yourmix ensures the delivery eccept in situations, events or circumstances that can't control (absent consumer, meteorological conditions, wrong information about the shipping, legal procedures, festivities, etc)
Shipping is free in Italy, while for all other countries shipping is free only for orders over € 400.00.
7. Intelectual and Industrial Property
Yourmix's website and its contents, included services, softwares, data, styles, texts, design, logo, symbols, keys, commercial names, brands, illustrations, photos, industrial designs and every sign susceptible to industrial and commercial use are owned and controlled by Yourmix and they are protected by the national and international legislation about Intelectual and Industrial Property.
It is not possible to obtain licence, waiver, communication and total or partial transfer of these rights. The user has not the right to change, to convert, to exploit, to copy, to distribute or to communicate in a public way these contents without a based upon written authorisation by Yourmix or by Controllers in charge.
The user can use the website and its content only for personal and private use.
8. Applicable Jurisdiction
The relationships between a customer and Yourmix are dipendent on Italian State's Jurisdiction.
In addition, the Court of Lagonegro (PZ) is competent to resolve any dispute with Yourmix's customers.
